Gulevi - Safranbolu is in service at Hacimemishler Mansion and Betenler Mansion, which have been named after the families Hacimemisler and Betenler who were one of the outstanding families of Safranbolu and who keep the traces of 200 years history and special texture. The mansions were purchased by Gul & Ibrahim Canbulat who is award winner of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey for Preservation and Restoration in 2006. Gulevi, which means Rose-home and takes its name from Gul Canbulat who is responsible of her management, and decorated Gulevi according to tastes and style of the heydays of the mansion. Each of the ten rooms in Gulevi are different in shades and textures but hide the simplicity and dignity of Ottoman houses in the velvet-upholstered divans, embroidered curtains and decorated wooden ceilings. Gulevi consists of ten Ottoman Bed Rooms.
